Celanese Announces Paraformaldehyde Price Increase

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global technology and specialty
materials company, today announced it will increase list and off-list
selling prices for paraformaldehyde. The price increase below will be
effective Dec. 15, 2016, or as contracts allow.
