Superior performance in energy management for second year in a row
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Celanese Corporation (NYSE: CE), a global technology and specialty
materials company, today announced it has been named a 2017 ENERGY STAR
Partner of the Year – Energy Management Award winner for its outstanding
efforts to improve the energy efficiency of its buildings and facilities
through sustained, company-wide energy management efforts and programs.
Celanese’s accomplishments will be recognized by the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy in Washington, D.C.
on April 26, 2017.
Celanese, an ENERGY STAR partner since 2014, will be honored for its
superior performance in the Energy Management category for outstanding
contributions to protecting the environment through energy efficiency.
